Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or replacement for items purchased on Asron Deals within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

• Defective, damaged upon arrival, or malfunctioning.
• Incorrectly fulfilled or substantially different from the product description.
• Unopened, unused, and in its original manufacturer packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and software licensing reasons, including intimate personal care products, opened cosmetics, and customized orders.

3. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected by our verification center or the verified supplier, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method or designated bank account.
