2. Verified Suppliers & Vendor Standards

All suppliers and wholesale vendors listed on Asron Deals must ensure that all catalog items are authentic, accurately represented, and available in inventory. Suppliers must adhere to our dispatch timelines and quality standards.

• Suppliers must fulfill orders within the designated service level window (typically 24–48 business hours).
• Misrepresentation of specifications, counterfeit items, or unapproved inventory pricing is strictly prohibited.

3. Wholesale Hub & Reseller Partnership Guidelines

Reseller partners and distributors are authorized to access wholesale tier pricing and resell products across approved digital and offline channels. Reseller margins and bulk tier discounts are earned upon successful order settlement and verification.

4. Platform Settlements, Payments & Security

All financial settlements, payout requests, and customer payments are processed through secure payment gateways, direct bank transfer verification, or verified cash on collection protocols. Settlement balances are released to verified accounts.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All branding, trademarks, marketplace technology, and design elements are owned by Asron Deals Africa Limited and ASRON technology network.
